Born in 1965 in the former Soviet Union, Victor began studying art at a young age. He continued his art studies at the prestigious Vera Muhina University for the Arts in St. Petersburg, Russia. In 1997, Victor moved to the United States and currently resides in the Washington, DC area.

Our giclée prints are “archival;” meaning the paper or canvas is acid free, lignin free, pH neutral and consists of a 100% cotton or rag base. Sizes given are in "imperial units" (American inches). Custom sizes are available upon request. All paper and canvas prints are shipped rolled up in a tube.
